What are Prosci licenses?

Prosci licenses are organisational change management solutions designed to help you grow your change capabilities at the individual and enterprise levels. These licenses offer unlimited, anytime, anywhere access to Prosci’s world-class tools, methodology, models, and training materials.

You also gain the autonomy and flexibility to use Prosci resources internally to create a change-ready culture, build change management skills, and achieve change success. Select licenses allow you to tailor Prosci’s resources for in-house training, competency building, and change management strategy development, thus significantly reducing costs.

Prosci licenses are currently unavailable to consulting companies and individual consultants.

The Prosci ADKAR® Model is one of the two core models of the Prosci Methodology. “ADKAR” is an acronym for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement. These are the five results an individual needs to achieve for a change to be successful.
