Cancellation Policy
Marg In-house Training:
The dates for in-house training is fixed mutually between Client and Marg at the time of engagement – with an understanding that if required, Marg shall give alternate trainer-options to continue with the seamless training. If there are any changes to the schedule or cancellation on either side they will be advised at least 7 business days (and 15 business days prior in case of outstation training) prior to the agreed training date. Personal emergencies on either side shall be discussed and addressed mutually on a case-by-case basis.
If training is cancelled without prior notification (per above) the same shall be subject to a cancellation fee which shall range from 10% to 50% of the cost depending on the time of cancellation. In addition, in case of outstation training, travel costs incurred by Client will reimburse MARG in full.
Marg Workshop Training
Marg shall reserve the right of cancelling or postponing its workshop while providing participants with the option of a full refund or transferring the fees to subsequent workshop, if any.
Prosci Workshop:
If cancellation notice is received more than 30 calendar days before the program, the program fee is fully refundable or transferable to another session date. If cancellation notice is received within 30 to 15 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is non-refundable and transferred to a subsequent session. If cancellation notice is received within 14 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is non-refundable and 75% can be transferred to a subsequent session (25% change fee).
