Our story

MARG was born from a desire to help organisations transform and succeed. We’ve come a long way—from a Bangalore-based finance training company to a full-fledged consulting, training, and business solutions firm building organisational capabilities across India, Qatar, and Mexico.
Over the years, we’ve worked to identify the critical skills, capabilities, and strategic frameworks that help the world’s most successful companies win at business. This led us to develop our signature training programmes and niche consulting services.
2007

The Beginning

We started out as a financial consulting and training company operating in Bangalore.

2010 – 2011

Leader Empowerment

We launched leadership training to equip leaders with the skills to drive organisational transformation and growth. Soon we were conducting programmes across India.

2015 – 2017

Prosci Change Management

As Prosci Inc.’s Global Affiliate in the Indian subcontinent, we began to help numerous organisations navigate and succeed at a slew of complex and crucial business changes.

2018

HR Consulting

Leveraging our expertise, we began offering HR consulting, focusing on helping organisations with competency frameworks, job descriptions, HR strategy, performance management, and more.

2019

People Potential

Partnering with Emergenetics International allowed us to leverage the Emergenetics neuroscientific profiling tool to help our clients harness people potential for strategic business outcomes.

2020

Outbound Programmes and POSH

Our foray into conducting these programmes was a huge success, bringing us more loyal clients.

2020

Human Synergistics

We partnered with Human Synergistics and leveraged their acclaimed culture assessment tools to evaluate organisations’ existing cultures and offer research-backed strategies for culture transformation.

2021

Leadership Development Effectiveness

We launched our signature Leadership Development Programme with a Leadership Development Effectiveness mechanism to measure learning ROI and impact.

2023 – 2024

Employee Well-being

In 2024, we launched MARG Wellness—a complete organisational well-being programme with consulting, counselling, education, and training to help organisations develop healthy, productive workforces.

2023

Marg Mexico

2023 saw us set up offices in Mexico to reach more people and organisations with our capability-building services.

Driven by a desire to make proven business solutions available to Indian companies, we entered into partnerships with renowned global organisations offering unique, research-backed business solutions.
The methodologies, tools, and resources gained through these partnerships have equipped us to view complex business problems from diverse perspectives, delivering solutions that address the many facets of modern business challenges.

An entrepreneur with decades of expertise in finance, business consulting, and leadership strategy, Sudeshna is the driving force behind the talented team at MARG. Her rich and varied experience—gained from her work at organisations like Intel and GlaxoSmithKline and later from her work with MARG’s multinational clients—have given her the unique perception and perspective she brings to some of the most complex business challenges.
With her strong business instincts and understanding of the unique intricacies of the Indian business environment, Sudeshna has carved a niche for MARG in the training industry. Today MARG is the only training and consulting firm in India to offer such an array of research-backed business solutions, signature training programmes, and insightful consulting services.

In his three decades of experience, Krish has held leadership positions in the Energy, Technology, and Financial Services sectors. Since MARG’s inception, his focus has been on Change Management, Culture and People Development, Finance, Leadership Development, and System Dynamics.
Krish has been delivering Prosci® methodology-driven change for close to 10 years. Today, as a Prosci Advanced Instructor, he conducts Prosci Change Management Certification Programmes at MARG and has helped over 2000 change practitioners earn their certifications.
Krish is also an Emergenetics Master Associate and an Accredited Human Synergistics Practitioner. He leverages his in-depth knowledge of these proven business solutions to help organisations and leaders overcome challenges, achieve strategic goals, develop change capability, and deliver complex projects through insightful consulting.
