Our story

MARG was born from a desire to help organisations transform and succeed. We’ve come a long way—from a Bangalore-based finance training company to a full-fledged consulting, training, and business solutions firm building organisational capabilities across India, Qatar, and Mexico.
Over the years, we’ve worked to identify the critical skills, capabilities, and strategic frameworks that help the world’s most successful companies win at business. This led us to develop our signature training programmes and niche consulting services.

We started out as a financial consulting and training company operating in Bangalore.

An entrepreneur with decades of expertise in finance, business consulting, and leadership strategy, Sudeshna is the driving force behind the talented team at MARG. Her rich and varied experience—gained from her work at organisations like Intel and GlaxoSmithKline and later from her work with MARG’s multinational clients—have given her the unique perception and perspective she brings to some of the most complex business challenges.
With her strong business instincts and understanding of the unique intricacies of the Indian business environment, Sudeshna has carved a niche for MARG in the training industry. Today MARG is the only training and consulting firm in India to offer such an array of research-backed business solutions, signature training programmes, and insightful consulting services.

In his three decades of experience, Krish has held leadership positions in the Energy, Technology, and Financial Services sectors. Since MARG’s inception, his focus has been on Change Management, Culture and People Development, Finance, Leadership Development, and System Dynamics.
Krish has been delivering Prosci® methodology-driven change for close to 10 years. Today, as a Prosci Advanced Instructor, he conducts Prosci Change Management Certification Programmes at MARG and has helped over 2000 change practitioners earn their certifications.
Krish is also an Emergenetics Master Associate and an Accredited Human Synergistics Practitioner. He leverages his in-depth knowledge of these proven business solutions to help organisations and leaders overcome challenges, achieve strategic goals, develop change capability, and deliver complex projects through insightful consulting.

Sports have given me some of the best lessons of my life—and the biggest one is about change. In sports, change is constant: rules evolve, techniques improve, and new players raise the bar every season. The ones who thrive are those who keep adapting; the ones who don’t become obsolete, no matter how great they once were. That’s a truth I carry into my work every day. Off the field, you’ll usually find me with a good non-fiction book, or working my way through an escape room puzzle with friends and family.

In her own words
If there’s music playing, I’m probably dancing—and sometimes even when there isn’t! I love travelling and immersing myself in different cultures, and I’m always curious about how people live, celebrate, and connect. Back home, I share my life with two Labrador retrievers, who are convinced they’re royalty and graciously allow me to live in their house. Between spontaneous dance breaks, planning my next trip, and negotiating for a few inches of sofa space with my dogs, I’m happiest when I’m learning something new, connecting with people, and creating experiences that leave lasting memories.
