In this workshop, one of our Prosci advisors collaborates with a team of key individuals in change-enabling
roles within your organisation. With the goal of elevating your organisation’s change capability, the Prosci
advisor leverages Prosci’s research, expertise, and methodology to create a change management plan in
partnership with 4 to 20 participants, including
- Executive sponsor
- Senior and functional leaders
- Deployment leaders
- Key organisational influencers
During the workshop, the Prosci advisor will assist you in narrowing down on your organisational change vision
and goals, with frequent opportunities for discussion that will help bring your change vision to life.
