Train-the-Trainer Program Level 1

This two-day program prepares practitioners to internally teach role-based programs for front-line employees, people managers, and project managers and teams.

Day1:

  • Program facilitation tips, tricks, and traps
  • Succeeding in a virtual instructor-led environment
  • Training portfolio and strategy
  • Logistics of running prosci programs
  • Program walk-throughs and teach-backs:
    • Change management program for managers
    • Fundamentals of change management

Day2:

  • Program walk-throughs and teach-backs:
    • Delivering project results workshop
    • Change management employee orientation

*Prerequisite: Prosci Change Management Certification within the last 24 months

Train-the-Trainer Program Level 2

This two-day program extends the learning from Level 1, preparing practitioners to internally teach role-based programs for change managers and sponsors.

Day1:

  • Training portfolio and strategy
  • Change management practitioner program:
    • Program design facilitation tips, tricks, and traps
    • Program walk-through and teach-backs

Day2:

  • Change management practitioner program (continued)
  • Change management sponser briefing:
    • Imporatnce of audience and influence on training strategy
    • Program design facilitation tips, tricks and traps

*Prerequisite: Prosci Change Management Certification and Train-the-Trainer Program Level 1
